We create locally sourced and traditionally crafted food provisions, continually improving on techniques and exploring seasonal products and flavours. Our jams are made from pure, locally sourced fruit with no pectin or preservatives added and we use only the highest quality products we can find, including uncommon heritage fruits.
Our goal is to showcase the product and ingredients that find a balance in flavours and texture. To keep our products as high quality as possible we produce small batches in french copper jam kettles using only natural product.
